What’s Underneath the Fabric Matters

All too often, shoppers base their furniture choices off of 3 different things: price, comfort and fabric. When really, what is underneath the fabric is the factor that will decide what is the best bang for your buck. Not only that, but furniture that is cheaply made will last only a few years, if you’re lucky.

Quality

England Furniture is committed to crafting quality, durable furniture that is built to last for years to come. Over 350,000 pieces of furniture are manufactured by England Furniture each year and we take pride and responsibility for every single one of those pieces not only being expertly crafted, but also being on time, every time to customers.

Material

To build the furniture, England Furniture uses three quarter and seven eighths inch frame-grade plywood. The frame is the most important part to building furniture that lasts a lifetime in terms of strength and durability. Since the frame acts as the rock to the entire piece, there are fourteen computerized routers to ensure each frame is cut to perfection.

Strength

Along with the frame, the arms to sofas and chairs are also built with the same type of plywood unlike many furniture manufacturers looking to cut corners. The plywood is reinforced with hardwood to ensure strength.
